Nancy M. Chamberlain, 67, North Indiana Avenue, died Sunday afternoon at Upstate Medical University, Syracuse.

A graveside service will be held later in May in Woodside Cemetery, Belleville.

There are no calling hours. Arrangements are with Johnson Funeral Home, Dexter.
