LISBON — Steven Carswell, 45, Lisbon, died Tuesday morning at Claxton-Hepburn Medical Center, Ogdensburg.

The funeral will be at noon Thursday, April 3, at Fox-McLellan Funeral Home with the Rev. Walter Smith, pastor of Ogdensburg Congregational Church, officiating. Burial will be at a later date in Hillcrest Cemetery, Heuvelton.
