LOWVILLE — Clyde Orlo Norton, 78, Lewis County Residential Health Care Facility, formerly of Happy Acres, Copenhagen, died Saturday evening at Lewis County General Hospital. He had been a resident at the health care facility for two years.

Mr. Norton was employed on various area farms and for many years at Braman Manufacturing, Carthage.

Born June 6, 1929, in the Town of Turin, son of Orlo J. and Minnie Ingersoll Norton, he attended rural school 6, Burdicks Crossing.

He was a member of Long Falls Baptist Church, Carthage.

Surviving are a brother, Frank, Glenfield; a sister, Erma Hall, Carthage; nieces, nephews and cousins.

A sister, Louise Hall, died before him.

The funeral will be at 8 p.m. Tuesday at Iseneker Funeral Home. Burial will be at the family's convenience in Turin Cemetery.

Calling hours will be from 6 to 8 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home.
