Rotary Foundation scholarships:Applications are being accepted for the Massena Rotary Club-Louis Stoiber Memorial Ambassadorial Scholarship, which provides up to $23,000 for one year of study abroad, including round-trip transportation, tuition and fees, room, board, some educational supplies and language training if necessary. Study abroad must take place in one of the 160 countries where Rotary Clubs are located.
