Corriveau cited for support of 10th Mountain Division
THURSDAY, MAY 15, 2008

Watertown City Manager Mary M. Corriveau was presented the Man/Lady of the Mountain award Wednesday at the 58th Armed Forces Day luncheon at the Best Western Carriage House Inn.

The award is given to people who show exceptional support to soldiers and the 10th Mountain Division, Fort Drum media relations officer Benjamin E. Abel said.

Only 14 people have received the award since 2005, which is given by the division's commanding general. Included in that list are Greater Watertown Chamber of Commerce former Executive Vice President Mary R. Perry, Disabled Persons Action Organization Executive Director Joseph L. Rich and Fort Drum Regional Liaison Organization Chairman Keith B. Caughlin.

Mrs. Corriveau is involved in the Association of the U.S. Army, Fort Drum Regional Liaison Organization and Operation Yellow Ribbon.
