Billy M. McCarrell, 23, of 1911 Remington St., is summoned to appear in town of LeRay Court after being accused of shoplifting at Wal-Mart on Route 11, according to state police.

He was accused Monday of stealing merchandise valued at $172.85, police said, and is charged with petit larceny.
