Three accused of abuse to clients

HEUVELTON — Three people face charges of abusing clients while caring for them at the United Helpers Intermediate Care Facility, state police said.

The alleged abuse, which occurred between the summer of 2006 and March, stems from complaints made by other employees at the County Route 10 facility. No further details were available. Those arrested Monday are:

■ Timothy J. Cryderman Jr., 25, of Heuvelton Street, Rensselaer Falls, who was charged with two counts of felony second-degree unlawful surveillance and three counts of endangering the welfare of an incompetent or physically disabled person, a misdemeanor.

■ Kristy L. Kelly, 23, of Franklin Street, Ogdensburg, who was charged with three counts of endangering the welfare of an incompetent or physically disabled person.

■ Justin A. Noble, 25, of Goodrich Street, Canton, who was charged with three counts of endangering the welfare of an incompetent or physically disabled person and a single count of third-degree assault, a misdemeanor.

Ms. Kelly and Mr. Noble were issued appearance tickets for Oswegatchie Town Court, while Mr. Cryderman was arraigned in Canton Town Court and released to probation supervision. He is to appear in Oswegatchie Town Court.
