Elizabeth M. Terrell, 23, of 629 Lansing St., Apt. 2, was charged at 1:47 p.m. Friday at Jefferson County Family Court, 163 Arsenal St., with trespassing and resisting arrest, city police said. She is to answer the charges at Watertown City Court.
