St. Lawrence University has announced the hiring of a new assistant coach to the women's soccer program. Winnie Corrigan will join the Saints for the 2008 campaign.

Corrigan played collegiate soccer at Davidson College, graduating in 2001. She coached Davidson from 2004 until accepting her current position with St. Lawrence University.

She accumulated a 51-26-6 overall mark at Davidson, the most successful four-year record in school history.

Corrigan will work under newly-appointed head coach Franco Bari.
