The two children who were the subjects of an alert Tuesday by the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children were found late Tuesday, and "all are well," state police said Wednesday morning.
Nathan Daniels, who turns 2 in October, and Abigail Gosier, 3, were found to be safe in Fishkill, police said.
"No crime committed," said Senior Investigator Michael C. Pastuf, who canceled the alert.
Police became concerned after a report was received that the children, from Dexter, were not being properly cared for.
They were with their mother, Melissa M. Gosier, 28, and Richard E. Daniels, 30, who is said to be their father.
