I have read with interest the complaints of people living in the proposed area for windmills. They have concerns for the noise they will create. Well, they could live in the village of Theresa.

Here we have all-terrain vehicles running the roads and streets. This is an ongoing thing. It may be 10 p.m. or midnight and every day as well. Weekends are terrible, and windows must be kept closed because of the extreme noise. There are apparently no rules regarding the loud mufflers (or lack there of).

Give me the noise of the windmills any day over this.
