POTSDAM — Clarkson University announced Canton native Kathryn Durki as the head coach for the women's lacrosse program.

Durki succeeds Caitlin Powderly, who left to serve as an assistant at Brown University.

Durki is a 2007 graduate of St. Lawrence University. She was a three-time Liberty League all-star and in 2007 earned second-team All-America honors for the Saints. Durki led the team with 41 draw controls and 34 groundballs her senior year.
