MASSENA — The St. Lawrence Plaza on Route 37, home to Hannaford Supermarket, BJ's Wholesale Club and Office Max, among others, has a new owner.

It was purchased by Erez Capital Fund, a Toronto company, for $30.5 million on July 30.

Though the company which represents offshore investors — mainly Israeli — bought the St. Lawrence Plaza and two others in New York, it will not manage it. Instead, WP Realty of Bryn Mawr, Pa., will manage the property and make renovation or other recommendations to Erez.

"We sold to Erez and we're continuing to manage it for them," said Cathy Pritchard, WP Realty spokeswoman.

Also included in the deal is the Saranac Lake Shopping Center.
