FORT DRUM — Actus Lend Lease LLC, the company that manages Fort Drum Mountain Community Homes, has been chosen for four national awards from the magazine Multifamily Executive.

Fort Drum Mountain Community Homes will receive the Sustainable Project of the Year Award for using sustainable principles in land use, planning, zoning and choice of materials.

Three other military housing projects carried out by Actus Lend Lease will receive the Military Project of the Year and Green Project of the Year awards and a Community Service award for the donation of three homes to the Hope for the Warrior Organization.
