OGDENSBURG — Jimmy Howard is scheduled to spend his day with the Stanley Cup in the city where he grew up.
The Ogdensburg native, a backup goaltender with the Stanley Cup champion Detroit Red Wings, will display the Cup during scheduled festivities today in the city.
Howard will visit Ogdensburg Free Academy and Madill and Kennedy schools from 1-3 p.m. He will be available for autographs and photographs with the Cup.
Howard will then appear at the Dobisky Visitor Center in front of the marina from 5-8 p.m. and will be available for pictures and autographs.
