The American Red Cross of Northern New York will conduct a training workshop from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Sept. 13 for anyone who wants to respond to national disasters as a Red Cross volunteer.

The free training will be held at the agency's 203 N. Hamilton St. office. Lunch will be provided.

Reservations are required by 4 p.m. Thursday.
