Man accused of dropping garbage off at complex
MONDAY, OCTOBER 6, 2008
PHILADELPHIA — State police on Saturday charged Jamie L. Williams, 27, Elbridge, with theft of services.
Mr. Williams on Friday allegedly dropped two bags of garbage off at a Dumpster in Philadelphia Courts, South Main Street, even though he does not live there.
He is to appear in Village Court.
