LOWVILLE — The Lewis County Board of Elections will hold two voter registration events this week at most polling sites.

The events — at which county residents may register to vote, apply for absentee ballots and submit address changes — will be held from 4 to 8 p.m. today and from 2 to 9 p.m. Saturday.

Polling sites that will be opened include the Croghan town hall in Beaver Falls, Denmark town hall in Deer River, Diana town hall in Harrisville, Greig town hall, Harrisburg town hall, West Leyden fire hall, Leyden school house in Talcottville, Port Leyden village garage, former St. Peter's school in Lowville, Lyonsdale town hall in Port Leyden, Martinsburg town hall, Montague town hall, New Bremen town barn, Osceola Community Center, Pinckney town hall in Barnes Corners, Turin municipal building, Watson town barn, Constableville fire hall and Lyons Falls fire hall.
