POTSDAM — The New York State Council on the Arts and partners will meet from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Oct. 16 in Barrington Student Center, SUNY Potsdam, to identify area strengths and needs in arts development.
The event is part of the "cultural blueprints" sessions that are being held across the state.
Participants are welcome from Jefferson, Lewis, St. Lawrence, Franklin, Clinton, Essex and Hamilton counties.
The session also is sponsored by Empire State Development's north country office and the St. Lawrence County Arts Council.
