Shane Eager scored the winning goal with 11 minutes remaining as the Comets won their last league game with an "A" Division victory at Carthage.
Matt Gallagher finished with two goals, including the insurance goal with three minutes left, and Justin Warner provided one goal and one assist for Carthage (9-5-1, 6-2-1).
David Spaulding converted a penalty kick, and Jeremy Aiken tied the game, 2-2, with the other goal for the Warriors (6-7, 3-6).

Patrick Gilligan made nine saves, and four different players scored for the Spartans in their crossover victory over the Comets in Sandy Creek.
