CANTON — Addie J. Russell, the Democratic candidate for the 118th Assembly District, will hold an open house from 2 to 4 p.m. today at her new St. Lawrence County headquarters, 491/2 Main St.

"With the district being so large, and the price of gas, it is important for me to be available," Mrs. Russell said in a press release. "If elected, I will not let the size of the district affect my ability to connect with everyone in the 118th, from Cape Vincent all the way to Massena.
