The following people face driving while intoxicated and associated charges:
■ Christopher A. Lupica, 19, of 10610 S. Riva Ridge Loop, Fort Drum, was charged by Watertown police at 1:15 a.m. Saturday in the 100 block of Michigan Avenue. He also was charged with failure to keep right, driving too slow, not wearing a seat belt and second-degree obstructing governmental administration.
Police said he refused to take a chemical test for the presence of alcohol and also refused to provide information about himself, including his Social Security number and address. He was held at the Metro-Jefferson Public Safety Building without bail to await arraignment Saturday in Watertown Town Court.
■ Joshua W. Woodruff, Watertown, was charged Friday by state police on County Route 47 in the town of Champion. Police said his vehicle was stopped after it was observed traveling at 51 mph in a 35-mph zone. In addition to DWI and speeding, he was charged with first-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle.
He was arraigned in Champion Town Court and sent to the PSB on $750 bail.
