The town of Watertown Planning Board gave final approval Monday for the site plan of Freeman Transportation Group Inc.'s new headquarters on an 18-acre parcel between routes 232 and 11. The approval was contingent on the group's signing the site plan and including its neighbors' tax map numbers. It will submit a plan for a sign for the headquarters later.
