Two in St. Lawrence County fined for DEC law violations
MONDAY, OCTOBER 13, 2008
The state Department of Environmental Conservation announced the following fines and violations in St. Lawrence County:
■ Rodney F. Shove, 72, Rossie, paid a $100 fine for possessing over the legal limit of sunfish Aug. 28 in the town of Morristown. He appeared Sept. 18 in Town Court.
■ James A. Pearce, 47, Brasher, paid a $50 fine for illegally disposing of solid waste Aug. 12 in the town of Brasher. He appeared Sept. 28 in Town Court.
