Man concedes to trespass charge
LEWIS COUNTY COURT: West Leyden resident arraigned on felony DWI, unlicensed operation

LOWVILLE — An Oneida County man admitted Wednesday in Lewis County Court to trespassing twice at the Lowville Wal-Mart.

Nelson L. Pagan,47, Whitesboro, was arraigned on two counts of third-degree criminal trespass and pleaded guilty to both. Sentencing was set for Dec. 5. Mr. Pagan was charged with being in the Route 12 store on both Sept. 14 and 21 after being instructed not to be.

Also in Lewis County Court on Friday:

Steven L. Nellenback,43, Rhimiller Road, West Leyden, was arraigned on charges of felony driving while intoxicated and felony aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and pleaded innocent. His case was adjourned to Dec. 12. Mr. Nellenback was stopped July 12 on Osceola Road in the town of Lewis.

Kevin T. Collins,44, of 5757 Greig Road, Greig, was arraigned on a charge of second-degree menacing and pleaded innocent. His case was adjourned to Dec. 12. Mr. Collins was charged with throwing a knife toward Edward Plato on Aug. 21 in the town of Greig.

Coleen M. Tucker,19, of 2597 Route 12, Port Leyden, was arraigned on a charge of attempted second-degree reckless endangerment and pleaded innocent. Her case was adjourned to Dec. 19. She was charged with trying to hit Joshua Whitesell and Derrick Allen with a car May 11 in the town of Turin.

Kyle L. Riesel,19, of 7419 Abbey Road, Lyons Falls, was arraigned on a charge of fifth-degree criminal possession of stolen property and pleaded innocent. His case was adjourned to Dec. 12. Mr. Riesel was charged with having a stolen credit card belonging to Michael Yancey on June 29 in the village of Lowville.

Heath A. Hudson Jr.,20, of 7574 S. State St., Apt. 205, Lowville, was arraigned on a charge of petit larceny and pleaded innocent. His case was adjourned to Dec. 12. Mr. Hudson was charged Aug. 25 with charging $182.32 to a credit card belonging to Gale A. Fredenburg without permission.

Timothy S. Brigham,35, of 5432 Bostwick St., Lowville, had sentencing adjourned to Dec. 15 in his case of DWI and first-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a vehicle. He pleaded guilty to the charges Aug. 15.
