POTSDAM — Lauren Dahm made 35 saves to lead the Clarkson University women's hockey team to a 2-0 upset of Harvard University in an ECAC Hockey contest Friday night at Cheel Arena.

The Golden Knights (4-5-2 overall, 2-1 ECAC Hockey) snapped Harvard's 30-game unbeaten streak in regular-season conference competition.

Harvard (3-1-1) went 22-0 last year and last lost a regular-season ECAC Hockey game to Colgate, 3-1 on Feb. 10, 2007.

Melissa Waldie scored the first goal of the game for Clarkson with assists from Genevieve Lavoie and Marie-Jo Gaudet at 6 minutes, 34 seconds of the first period.

The Crimson pulled goalie Christina Kessler with 1:44 left in the third period, and Clarkson added an empty-net goal from Gaudet at 18:54 to close out the scoring.

ST. LAWRENCE 3, DARTMOUTH 0

Brittony Chartier stopped 31 shots for the shutout as the Saints handed Dartmouth (5-1, 4-1) its first loss of the season in an ECAC Hockey game in Appleton Arena.

Alison Domenico led SLU (6-1-2, 3-0) with one goal and one assist. Carson Duggan and Karell Emard also scored for the Saints.

MEN

SUNY GENESEO 7, SUNY POTSDAM 2

Kevin Galan scored two goals, and Stefan Decosse and Jeff MacPhee each added one goal and two assists to lead the Knights (6-2, 2-1) past SUNY Potsdam in a SUNYAC game in Geneseo.

Clint Olson, Jonathan Redlick and Sebastian Panetta also scored for SUNY Geneseo. Connor Treacy and Sy Nutkevitch scored for the Bears (2-3-1, 2-2).
