Lowville man accused of stealing $100 in jewelry

State police on Saturday charged Joshua L. Pate, 29, of 7469 Ossont Road, Lowville, with stealing about $100 worth of jewelry from J.C. Penney in the Salmon Run Mall.

Mr. Pate was charged with petit larceny, answerable in Watertown Town Court.
