GOUVERNEUR — A Gouverneur man was charged with exposing himself after village police said he was seen urinating in the parking lot of a bar.

Robert R. LaRock Jr., 24, of 900A California Road, also was charged at 1:13 a.m. Sunday with unlawful possession of marijuana and resisting arrest.

He is to appear in Gouverneur Town Court.
