I would like to compliment the city of Watertown on the high professionalism and courtesy the city bus drivers demonstrate on the job.

They are always friendly to the passengers and help the passengers. I personally witnessed drivers cleaning snow and ice away from the transfer station on their lunch hours to make it more convenient for the elderly and handicapped riders. Also, if the elderly are handicapped getting on or off the bus, the drivers are always there to help.

The city is very fortunate to have such dedicated employees. Their performance on the job reflects great credit upon themselves and the city of Watertown, and I would like to take this opportunity to extend a very sincere appreciation for all the city does for us.
