If there is anybody out there who does know of anyone performing any type of animal cruelty and you don't go forward with what you know, you are just as criminal as the person committing the actual crime.

An animal can't talk and tell us and most certainly should never suffer at the hands of any facility that is under the impression they are helping if they are hurting them or making them suffer. It sickens me to think that anyone would allow this type of behavior and that a reporter would have to do anything more than ask to find out what they need.

Any individual with knowledge should step up and report any wrongdoing to the proper authorities ASAP. Absolutely no one has the right to treat an animal badly at all, especially the places that are funded to care for them.
