Solvay uses balanced scoring attack in hockey victory over Ontario Bay

PULASKI — Len Graf contributed a goal and three assists as the Solvay hockey team pulled away from Ontario Bay, 7-2, in a nonleague matchup Friday. Josh Ginestro scored a pair of second-period goals to help the Bearcats (1-1) jump out to a 3-0 lead. Sandy Creek junior Devin Coon produced the Storm's first goal late in the frame to trim into the deficit.

Ryan Chapman and Tim Burgess scored 17 seconds apart to open the third period to seal the victory for Solvay. Burgess finished with two goals and an assist, while Chapman supplied a goal and two assists. Ryan Bonk stopped 22 shots.

Coon added another goal in the third period for Ontario Bay (0-1). South Jefferson's Justin LaLone made 24 saves for the Storm.
