The following motorists face alcohol-related charges:
■ Daniel D. Hoagland, 28, of 206 General Smith Drive, Sackets Harbor, was stopped by Jefferson County sheriff's deputies on Military Road, Hounsfield. Deputies said he registered a 0.21 percent blood alcohol content, and therefore was charged with aggravated driving while intoxicated. Aggravated DWI is charged when the BAC is 0.18 percent or more. Mr. Hoagland also was charged with failure to keep right.
Deputies said he previously has been convicted of DWI twice: Nov. 6, 2003, and Dec. 6, 2001.
■ Brent J. Supernault, 33, of 455 County Route 15, North Bangor, was charged by state police with aggravated DWI on Saturday on Route 11B, Malone. He had a BAC of 0.26 percent, according to police.
■ Jessica M. Thompson, 22, of 159 Main St., Massena, was charged Saturday by Norfolk police with DWI on Route 420. Her BAC was 0.12 percent, according to police. Under state law, the threshold for DWI is 0.08 percent BAC.
■ Kara S. Vinch, 24, Cheektowaga, was charged with driving while ability impaired after being stopped Saturday by state police in Canton. Troopers did not say whether a blood alcohol test was performed.
■ Michael R. St. Dennis, 28, of 603 Riverside Ave., Morristown, was charged with DWI, moving from a lane unsafely, having tinted windows and drinking alcohol in a vehicle after a stop Saturday on County Route 6, Oswegatchie. Troopers did not say whether a blood alcohol test was performed.
■ Malone state police charged Robert J. Gardner, 45, of St. Mary's Road, with driving while intoxicated and first degree aggravated unlicensed driving on County Route 24 in Malone on Saturday. No BAC was available, according to police.
