A woman with two previous driving while intoxicated convictions and who was charged with felony DWI after a September car accident was jailed early Sunday on another DWI charge.

Michelle L. O'Brien, 30, of 14402 Route 37, Louisville, was charged at 2:20 a.m. with felony DWI, first-degree aggravated unlicensed operation and failure to keep right.

State police in Massena said troopers spotted Ms. O'Brien's vehicle off the road on Route 37, Louisville. Blood tests showed she had a blood alcohol content of 0.14 percent, troopers said. State law establishes 0.08 percent BAC as the threshold for intoxication.

She was arraigned in Town Court and sent to St. Lawrence County jail, Canton, on $1,500 bail or $3,000 bond.

According to archived reports, Ms. O'Brien was injured in a September rollover accident for which she was charged with felony DWI. She was convicted of DWI in 2006 in Oswego County and in 2003 in North Syracuse. Her driving privileges were revoked after her 2003 conviction.

Also charged with DWI:

■ Jevon N. Cree, 23, of 309 Gouverneur St., Morristown, was charged by state police at 1:46 p.m. Saturday. Troopers said his BAC was 0.15 percent when he was stopped for speeding on Route 11B in Hopkinton.

Charged with snowmobiling while intoxicated:

■ Jean P. Shampine, 34, of 544 River Road, Edwards, was charged by state police at 8 p.m. Saturday. Troopers said his BAC was 0.10 percent when he was stopped at a state Department of Environmental Conservation police and forest ranger checkpoint in Stammer Creek State Forest.
