The following were charged with driving while intoxicated and related offenses:
■ Sarah L. Haase, 28, of 418 Stone St., initially was halted by city police at 1:20 a.m. Thursday in front of her residence to be cited with failure to signal a turn. Police said she had a breath test reading of 0.17 percent blood alcohol content. State law establishes 0.08 percent BAC as the threshold for intoxication.
■ Tiffany C. Priddle, 22, Ballston Spa, was charged Wednesday with aggravated DWI after she was stopped on Route 72 in the town of Potsdam, St. Lawrence County sheriff's deputies said. She registered a BAC of 0.19 percent, police said. Aggravated DWI is charged when the BAC is 0.18 percent or more.
■ Howard L. Bain, 51, of 46193 Log Hill Road, Redwood, was charged by state police at 2:20 a.m. Thursday on Number Six Road in the town of Alexandria, and faces an additional count of having inadequate lights. He tested at 0.14 percent BAC, police said.
