GOUVERNEUR — Dorothy Mae Phelps, age 90, of Gouvereneur, passed away on Thursday, March 18, 2010, at her home, where she was under the loving care of her family and Hospice of St. Lawrence Valley.
Calling hours will be at French Funeral Home, Gouverneur, on Saturday, March 20, from 4:00 until 6:00 p.m. Further arrangements are incomplete at this time.
