Thief stole from church

A couple of weeks ago I placed two solar-powered lights at either end of the church sign at my church, Hope Church. One was in memory of my mother, the other in honor of my father.
Early this week I discovered someone had stolen the lights. So much for respect for church property. Some people have no sense of shame.
