Annual DePeyster Festival dedicated to Edward Todd

DEPEYSTER — The 22nd DePeyster Festival will begin at 5 p.m. today with a dedication to the late Edward Todd, a longtime supporter of the festival.

Mr. Todd, a lifelong resident of the town who died last summer at age 91, worked at Diamond International paper mill for 25 years and was a supporter of the festival.

On Saturday, the festival will feature a parade at 11 a.m., the DePeyster Derby at 3 p.m. and concerts in the evening.
