Benjamin Printing to become six apartments

Just a quick update on today's story about Benjamin Printing closing - the site will become six apartments.

Robert J. Havens, president of RENY Management Inc., which owns the building where Benjamin has been located, called back this morning and said the construction will begin around Oct. 1. He's talking to architects now. Transforming that space is all he has currently planned.

He has been working on creating apartments in several buildings RENY owns on State Street since 2006.
