Audrey LaPeer

CARTHAGE — Audrey LaPeer, 86, of 63 Madison Street. Apt 224 died Monday, August 30, 2010 at the Carthage Area Hospital. She was born on January 7, 1924 in Herman, NY to Anson & Olga Mack Stevens. She graduated High School. In her early years she was a receiving clerk and a babysitter, before becoming a homemaker.

She married Clifford Curd in 1942, he died in 1971. She later married Mike LaPeer in 1973, he died in 1978. She enjoyed bowling, playing BINGO, and watching sports.

She is survived by five children; Delores Line, Brighton Michigan; Doris McGregor, Westland Michigan; Clifford Curd, Fowlerville, Michigan; Kathleen Lalone, Carthage; and James Curd, Carlsbad, California. She is also survived by a brother, Gerald Stevens, Antwerp and 11-granchildren, 17 great-grandchildren, 1 great-great- grandchild, several nieces and nephews.

She is predeceased by two children; Elizabeth & Thomas Curd; and several brothers and sisters; Douglas, Perpeva, Arlene, Donald, Gordon, Albert, Robert, and Denver Stevens.

Calling hours will be held on Wednesday, September 1, 2010 from 6-7 PM at the Bossuot-Lundy Funeral Home Inc. 500 State Street. Carthage NY 13619. Burial will be held privately and will take place in Michigan.
