Primary letters
THURSDAY, SEPTEMBER 2, 2010
Letters for the Sept. 14 primary elections will be accepted until 5 p.m. Wednesday, Sept. 8. The Times will run as many as space permits. Sunday, Sept. 12, is the last day for publishing such letters. Writers are reminded not to exceed 400 words.
