Hermon-DeKalb rallies for tie against Lisbon

DEKALB JUNCTION — Hermon-DeKalb scored two second half goals to force overtime with Lisbon as the two teams ended in a 2-2 tie in a Northern Athletic Conference West Division girls soccer game Monday.

Kaylee O'Donnell scored in the 53rd minute of play to cut the deficit to 2-1 and then a Lisbon defender knocked the ball into her own goal four minutes later to boost Hermon-DeKalb into a tie.

Aleashia Parmeter and Beth Crowley each provided a goal and an assist for Lisbon.

Thanisha Scales made seven saves for the Demons (0-0-1). Jackie Sovie stopped 10 shots for Lisbon (0-2-1, 0-0-1).
