St. Lawrence’s Rogers wins All-American honor

CANTON — St. Lawrence University senior women’s soccer midfielder Elena Rogers won regional All-America honors for the second straight season, SLU announced Wednesday.

Rogers, selected to the second team squad, finished second on the Saints in scoring with three goals and six assists.

A third-team selection last season, Rogers helped the Saints to its second Liberty League postseason berth in her four seasons with the Saints. She registered 10 goals and 17 assists in 68 career games for SLU.
