Watertown man charged with criminal contempt

Watertown police charged William B.M. O’Brien, 24, of 19226 Route 11, Apt. 14, with first-degree criminal contempt at 11:11 p.m. Saturday at his residence. He is accused of violating a Watertown City Court stay-away order of protection held by Stacy L. Juczak when he sent her two Facebook messages Friday regarding their relationship, according to court documents.

He was held Sunday at the Metro-Jefferson Public Safety Building pending arraignment in Watertown Town Court.
