You are very, very sleepy

Terry Parrett will present his comedy/hypnosis show at 7:30 tonight at Clifton-Fine High School in Star Lake.

The show will involve audience participation whom Mr. Parrett says will experience a “temporary reality.”

“Often, the quietest, shyest person you know may become the brightest star onstage,” Mr. Parrett said in a release. “It’s all fun, and every show is totally different.”

No one can be hypnotized against his or her will, Mr. Parrett said. And contrary to a common misconception that only weak-minded people can be hypnotized, he said that the more creative, strong-willed and imaginative the volunteer, the more quickly he or she will enter the trance state.

Tickets at the door are $10 for adults and $8 for students and senior citizens.

The show is a fundraiser for the class of 2012.
