Man accused of injuring daughter
MONDAY, FEBRUARY 13, 2012
Watertown police on Friday arrested Daniel E. Wouters, 40, of 317 Winslow St., and charged him with third-degree assault and endangering the welfare of a child.
Mr. Wouters allegedly injured his 12-year-old daughter’s right arm and wrist while spanking her with a belt on Wednesday. He was arrested at his residence at 9:07 p.m. Friday.
Taken to the Metro-Jefferson Public Safety Building, he was held pending arraignment in Watertown Town Court.
