Honored: Several Clarkson University faculty members were inducted recently into the college’s Million Dollar and Multi-Million Dollar clubs for the amounts of external funding their scholarly work has received.

On Oct. 27, mechanical and aeronautical engineering professors Brian Helenbrook, Kathleen Issen, Piergiovanni Marzocca and Daniel Valentine, as well as chemistry and biomolecular science professor Evgeny Katz and civil and environmental engineering professor Yongming Liu, were inducted into the Million Dollar Club, which recognizes researchers whose investigations and research activities have been supported with $1 million or more in externally sponsored research funding. James Bonner, Shipley Center for Innovation fellow and civil and environmental engineering professor, was inducted into the Multi-Million Dollar Club for receiving more than $5 million in external funding.
