And he said, I am not concerned about the poor people. Makes me want to vote for Mitt Romney. Not.
Rich and elitist. Not my cup of tea. What will he do for the people who struggle daily to survive? Nothing.
Now to the price of gas and kerosene. Kerosene has been the same price all winter. I pay $4.39 a gallon. Surely not a bargain when for $33 I get eight gallons. Now the forecast calls for below-zero temperatures. Voila. It is raised to $4.45. Rip-off, price gouging, call it what you will. Its still a travesty. Where are the politicians we elected to be our voice and to deal with this type of thing? Dont know, cant find them. Pathetic.
Now gas prices. Earlier this winter it was said the price of gas would fall. Wheres the punch line for that joke? It keeps going up. Two reports in one day. One says gas sales are anemic. Thats why the price is going up. Next one same day says the economy is growing, causing rise in prices. I for one am sick of doublespeak. We are shipping oil overseas. What? Does anyone else see anything wrong with this picture? I sure do.
I struggle to pay my bills, eat and stay warm. If it wasnt for HEAP benefits I would be a Susiecicle now. But what do they do? Cut benefits. Someone has to do something. I can guarantee that when I cast my vote this year it will be for people whom I hope and pray will do something to help people like myself who need it and not just be concerned about being elected. Do your jobs and what you were put into office for, to work for, not against, your constituents.
