State Sen. Patty Ritchie discussed a bill that would criminalize the sale and possession of synthetic weed at a news conference in Albany today.

"The growing use among young people is becoming a huge problem in the Army," said Mrs. Ritchie, R-Heuvelton.

Gov. Andrew Cuomo has already banned the sale of synthetic pot statewide.
